Haven't been there yet, but can already give it the highest rating just from a phone call. Excellent customer service, pleasant phone etiquette, and it helps that she had the exact answer I was looking for plus more information I may need to know for future reference.
have been here many times and like the store overall, however I had a disappointing experience a few days ago. I was looking for a specific Bible that does not appear to come in the options I was looking for. I talked to a guy who appeared very knowlegable and suggested buying a different hardback Bible and having it sent away to be recovered in leather for $40-60. he promised to call me back in a couple of days with the info and price quote. not only did he not call me back, but when I followed up with the store, I talked to a different employee who told me that the cost of getting the leather cover would be $95. Now I have to make a trip back to the store to return the Bible that I got. I wish that he had not acted like he knew a lot about this when he evidently did not. I'd rather just receive an honest answer that he had no idea what the cost would be.
Quiet, relaxing atmosphere with many nice things to choose from, and very family oriented.
Grateful to have a good Christian bookstore in the area. The workers there are very pleasant.
